Given the recommendations for preventing the transmission of the COVID19 virus, the series problematizes the lack of care on the part of the Brazilian population in relation to preventive measures, among which the simplest and most accessible is certainly the use of a mask. The choice to portray, in the series, only men highlights the mirroring cultivated from the example offered by the country's then ruler. As a portrait of an era, the paintings were created from photographs captured on the streets, especially in the streets of São Paulo.
