In this polyptych, a photograph of a river is printed on fabric, fading until it almost disappears.

Within it, in the river, all the colors of my childhood. And also the current, impassive, announcing the inevitable.

The piece is part of a series of works I developed, perhaps as a way to process mourning after the passing of my father.

This was the last river I visited with him.
